my birthday!

Its the big 22!

My birthday has actually been drug out for like 3 weeks. First we went out to dinner with our families after my singing performance and the Marriott center and McKay's mom brought my presants because it was just killin her to have them so she gave them to me at dinner that night haha.

Then the following Sunday McKay's mom and dad threw me a big party at their house

Then the next Sunday it was with my parents. My mom made me my favorite Itallian for dinner, and made me the cutiest Hawaiian Red Velvet Cake!

And today was my actually birthday.......

It all started out with McKay bringing me the most embarrassing display of ridiculously large balloons to work on Monday, seriously the balloons are the ones that are used at car lost to get the attention of people driving past who are going 50mph..... well its a good tactic because it defiantly got alot of attention, however they were awesome!

Can you imagine what its going to be like to suck the helium out of those things...


Today I spent the day relaxing.....doing absolutely nothing. Just soaked it all in..... I really cant remember the last time I did nothing. It was amazing. Then McKay surprised me and came home for lunch and brought me my favorite pink roses

Then tonight McKay had me open my presants that he got me. I got some sweats from Victoria's Secret which I highly recommend because their so super comfortable! And he also got me a bottle of the best perfume ever!
Now get your box of tissues out because this is a sad sad story..... I open the box because I'm sooooo excited about it and spray a couple of squirts on. Then as were getting ready to go out I put the bottle of perfume in my purse thinking in my head the whole time.....don't do it....don't to it Ashley. But of course I didn't listen. We pull up and I feel that my bag is wet and immediately I knew what had just happened. MY FIFTY DOLLAR BOTTLE OF PERFUME LEAKED EVERYWHERE! No, not just some of it... THE WHOLE ENTIRE BOTTLE NOT A DROP LEFT! I Felt so awful! McKay of course was great about it but I seriously had the worst stomach ache. The whole night. However he had a surprise birthday party with all of our friends at Olive Garden so that cheered me right up!

For my birthday I got a clear play from my mom and dad, which I don't know how many people know about these....but its a DVD player that edits all your movies, so we can watch whatever we want and It edits them for us. I got some shoes and gift cards and some boots and clothes. It was a great birthday! Thanks everyone for coming and for such a great Birthday!
