So yesterday was one of those days.....as an office manager things get pretty crazy and stressful......
I had to have my second in command take over for a bit......yeah I needed a time out...
I went down into the brake room and turned my radio off, took it out of my ear so no one could talk to me, and clocked out so I could actually eat a lunch......
After my time out I went upstairs and got back to work I went into help with a child sedation which wasn't going too amazing, when I hear over the radio. Ash! I need a Doctor in 11 fast! I'm like oh my gosh here we go.....
I couldn't leave the room I was in.....ya know cuz I didn't want want this 4 year old to die...
so I got one of the doctors over there to help. When I got out of the patient I was just with I went to find out what had happened
The patient that we had that was on Valium, his wife that was in the room with him passed out.....
I don't seem to surprised by this because it happens I wouldn't say often but it has before, there have been multiple times where I've about passed out at work because of a procedure were doing....
A bit earlier in the month I had a girl come in for a working interview and she was working in a room with the doctor and another assistant......
I hear Ash!!! We need you in here quick! I walk in and the girl I was interviewing was flat on the floor..... we get her up and get her comfortable in our recovery room..... I go back into where she was working and there was a dent the size of her head in the dry wall....
Seriously I wanted to cry yesterday. We don't have days like these all the time everything tends to run pretty smooth but yesterday...wow....
I've actually been really blessed to have this job, its an amazing office with great people and I really enjoy it so I cant complain.
