This summer has been pretty good so far! I'm still loving being a stay at home momma, it really has been the best! Bostyn just had her 6 month Dr's Appointment and she's still doing great! Were still struggling with her schedule but the Doctor gave us some tips to hopefully help with that and her current sleeping habits! He told me to feed her avocados. He was like, just cut one open and feed it too her on a spoon.....I was like Ok! Anyway she's doing great!
Today I had a bit of a cry.....I really miss my sister Madi. She's been on her mission for about 5 months and one of our favorite songs came on the radio today and it really made me miss her. My sister lyndsay moves back this winter and that will help. Bostyn needs some cousins too.
Mac will be starting Nursing School this September and he is so excited! I'm really happy for him too he really likes to be in school. Its been a long summer working at his work so he'll be thrilled to switch things up a bit. We aren't planning on moving quite yet. Once Mac gets to a certain part of the program he is no longer allowed to work so at that point we will probably start looking for something in the Draper/ Highland area so we can be closer to his school. Were wanting to do a big trip before he starts school like Hawaii or something but were too poor and its not a lot of time....but It was a good thought.
We have some fun things coming up though. Last Christmas Mckay asked for Niel Dimond concert tickets, and my mom and dad got him some, so that's tomorrow. He is so excited!! His birthday is coming up too, so my dad got him Journey concert tickets haha! Mckay just found out and he about died!!! So that's coming up next weekend and I seriously cant wait. I have something special planned for him for his birthday so I'm currently planning that. He's gonna be the Big 25!! Oh how I love him! THEN after that concert were heading up to Idaho for his family reunion for the rest of the weekend. The rest of the summer is going to be pretty busy but I CANNOT WAIT FOR FALL! Then Mac and I have our 3 year anniversary and I'm so excited for that!
Things are going well as usual. I'm feeling a lot better since my last couple melt downs. But this week has been much better. I really take the day to day things in my life for granted sometimes. And just need to take a step back and a big breath.
