me burfday!

24 Baby!! So weird actually.  I feel like I'm still 22, that number just sticks with me. But I cant do anything about it. It is what it is 24 haha. I had a great Birthday. My festivities always start at least 2 weeks early with Mckays mom. That woman cracks me up, she just cant help herself. She always always gives me my presents early because she's just too excited haha its so funny!! This year she got me a super cute scarf and a MINKY blanket!!!! I was so excited. It was a HUGE blanket. I snuggle with it day and night its so soft! We had my birthday celebration with the Huish's a couple sunday's ago and it was fun. I got a gift card to go get some more camera equipment which was awesome, and some gift cards to some of my favorite stores. My girl friends and I went to kneaders for lunch and it was delicious of course!
On my actual birthday, Mckay had something planned with all of our best friends, which has kind of become a tradition. Whenever someone has a birthday we all get together and go out so the birthday persons favorite restaurant. Unfortunately this family is really good at getting sick when its least convenient haha. Poor Bostyn wasnt feeling good, so we had to cancel with our friends which was fine. So Mac and I got take out from PF Changs and got a red box. And honestly it was perfect. I LOVE those kind of nights with him. Cuddling up on the couch with a good movie is THE BEST. Dinner was delicious and we rented the move Argo. Fa-nominal! Such a good movie I highly recommend it!! Mckay got me some more work out clothes, so gorgeous earrings and gift cards for me to get a swim suit and some shoes for Hawaii. He brought home the prettiest bouquet of red roses I have ever seen! Love that man!
Of course my family was all sick today, so those who weren't sick and feeling up to it, came to our house and had my birthday dinner here at our house. It was fun! Actually kind of nice to be at our own home on a sunday for once. That really never happens. My mom made me my most favorite cake ever that only she can perfect. Its white cake with custard filling in the middle and TONZ of fresh strawberries on top! OMG its TO DIE FOR! My mom got me a gift card to Bohme and a new make up bag which was much needed, and my dad got me a tripod for my camera! I needed one so bad! It was a great birthday and I'm so thankful for such awesome friends and family!
